MSR recently held a training for all new members at the Windhoek office. During this time, members learned about communication skills, conflict management, work ethics, cv writing, job applications, interview skills, and financial literacy. This training is taught by our staff and held once a month.
Thank you to everyone who came to our community meeting in Windhoek today! We had a guess speaker, Rufai, who owns a fabire glass business, and is willing to take on members for training. We also talked about some office business with computer use, sthe ign in sheet, and making copies.
Congratulations to our 12 new members for completing their soft skills and money skills training on April 11 and 12 and becoming MSR members! We are so excited to work with you and help you with the tools you need to gain employment.
On March 20th we welcomed nine new MSR members after they completed their 2 day course on soft skills in the work place and proper money management skills. We are excited to get to work with these members in the future!
